Our upcoming winter session is now open for registration. There are two offerings to choose from:
Tuesday Evening Series
March 4th - April 15th

OR
Friday Morning Series
March 7th - April 11th (No class March 28th)
5 classes
Bring WELLness to Mind with our 1.5 hr gentle yoga & mindfulness meditation class. This is a "low & slow" class without vinyassas or many standing poses.
This class takes place at Rocky Ridge Retreat, 10 minutes south of Calgary. Relax in our tranquil country setting to renew & restore your mind & body.
No prior yoga or mindfulness experience...no problem. Yogi’s of all levels are welcome. This small group class offers a gentle introduction to yoga & mindfulness.
Limited to 7 participants per class.

**Drop in rates $22/class if space permits.
