Our next fall session is now open for registration. There are two offerings to choose from:
Tuesday Evening Series
Tuesdays 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Nov 5 - Dec. 17th (7 classes)
OR
Friday Morning Series
Fridays 9:30 am - 11:00 am
Nov 1 - Dec 13th (7 classes)
Bring WELLness to Mind with our 1.5 hr gentle yoga & mindfulness meditation class. This is a "low & slow" class without vinyassas or many standing poses.
This class takes place at Rocky Ridge Retreat, a home-based wellness studio 10 minutes south of Calgary. Relax in our tranquil country setting to renew & restore your mind & body. You will notice that your stress begins to melt away during your short country drive each week.
No prior yoga or mindfulness experience...no problem. Yogi’s of all levels are welcome. This small group class offers a gentle introduction to yoga & mindfulness.
Limited to 7 participants per class.

**Drop in rates $22/class if space permits.
